Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not qualify for a refund.
  • Returns for damaged items will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hospgear@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange, email us at hospgear@gmail.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
