Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not qualify for a refund.
- Returns for damaged items will be rejected.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, email us at hospgear@gmail.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
